Combine the cooked quinoa, seeds, garlic, herbs and seasoning in a food processor and blitz it till its half mushy. Add the chickpea flour and knead it into dough. Add oil and knead it again. Roll it out thin and cut into desired shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 min or until crispy.


Jowar Crepe

You need:

1 tsp active dried yeast

1 cup whole wheat flour

Pinch of sugar & salt

Sesame seeds to sprinkle


You need to:

Mix 1/2 cup warm water, pinch of sugar and yeast in a bowl. Stir and let it sit for 5-10 min until froth appears on top.

Combine the flour &salt in a mixing bowl. Add yeast water gradually and knead into soft dough. Drizzle little oil and roll the dough into a ball. Cover the bowl with cling wrap or a wet cloth and let it sit for 35-40 minutes until the dough has risen to almost double.

Preheat the oven at 180 C.

Knock the air out of the dough and roll it out thinly on a flour dusted surface. Sprinkle Sesame on top and roll it out once more. Cut into thin long triangles and prick with fork all over. Lay them out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 min or until crisp.
